Ambitious aims, shared goals
At NFX we focus on service - every single day. More specifically, we are dedicated to doing all we can for a client base ranging from private companies and regional authorities to institutions and other stakeholders shaping the regional economy. This made certification by an outside authority a natural step, starting in 1998 with ISO 9002-1994, then ISO 9001-2000. Priorities have included enhancing the professional skills of NFX team members, guaranteeing high-quality service to our clients, rallying employees to a shared project, and - as the driving force behind**OK ? the Invest in Northern France network - ensuring quality at each stage in the process of attracting, welcoming and assisting foreign investors.

To achieve these aims, NFX has made seven quality commitments to investors and other partners :
- 1) Enhance the attractiveness of Northern France for internationally mobile investors by promoting the region’s image and identity with business and decision-makers, and by helping identify investment projects.
- 2) For clients initiating projects, bring together conditions for optimum negotiation at regional level.
- 3) Facilitate and promote development of businesses that have set up in Northern France.
- 4) Work at all times to enhance the expertise on offer in our region, through resources including business clusters promoted as priority areas, and contribute to the overall improvement of this offering.
- 5) Forge effective partnerships through the Invest in Northern France network, including institutional bodies and regional authorities, as well as outside partners (IFA, Datar, etc.)
- 6) Develop internal structures capable of meeting these commitments - client-focused, with all necessary skills and resources.
- 7) Ensure adequate monitoring and follow-up of initiatives and results.
